Pure optimisation wise I would say Charlotte makes your party unkillable and Angela will make all boss fights level 40+ very short. Story wise I would argue all three stories are very good and compelling. My recommendation for you for a good cinematic experience would be Duran Angela and Hawkeye. (Although you don’t need to optimise too much cuz this game is easy) She is the boss killer in the game by a wide margin. Personality grows on you becoming more and more likeable towards the end.
